Operations and Marketplace team is responsible for nursing the marketplace of 99 operations, being responsible for incentives (passenger or Driver), setting prices, analysing cities performance and proposing new strategies to leverage better performance in our categories.
In this role, we are looking for someone that is passionate about creating value for users and that can fastly adapt to a very dynamic workplace.
This role will be allocated in Operations & Marketplace team, being responsible for:
- Analyze city performance (efficiency and financials)
- Co-Design incentives strategy
- Co-design earnings and pricing strategy
- Suggest new strategies for the business

- Excel/Sheets and SQL skills
