Responsibilities:
- Work alongside junior and middle-level developers, including front-end and back-end developers, to build out the roadmap.
- Design and oversee the development of smart contracts, ensuring the highest standards of security and efficiency.
- Build and maintain front-end applications using React and JavaScript.
- Ensure the technical team is aligned with the business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Guide the companyβs strategic direction, development, and future growth from a technological perspective.
