  • Engage and Maintain Relationships with Global University and Hackathon Organizations
Proactively connect with hackathon organizations at universities worldwide and other independent hackathon organizers to build strong, long-term partnerships.
Introduce DoraHacks.io’s platform features and benefits, encouraging these organizations to leverage DoraHacks.io for hackathon planning and management.
  • Participate in In-Person Hackathon Events
Actively participate in offline hackathon events sponsored by DoraHacks globally, providing on-site support to ensure smooth event operations and strengthening relationships with hackathon communities.
  • Feedback Collection and Product Optimization
Collect and analyze feedback from event organizers and participants to gain deep insights into user needs.
Offer constructive suggestions to the product team to contribute to continuous platform improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Planning and Operations for DoraHacks-Hosted Events
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of DoraHacks-hosted hackathons, ensuring seamless event delivery and continuously enhancing engagement and impact.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong learning capabilities and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platform operations.
  • Strong interest in hackathons and the developer community, with prior experience in university or independent hackathon organizations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with global university hackathon and other hackathon organizations.
  • User-centered mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and actively contribute to product enhancements.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with flexibility to manage diverse situations during event operations.
