Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitch goods and services to new clients, and maintaining good working relationships with new contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and grow the company's client portfolio
  • Conduct primary market and customer research and posses an in-depth understanding of the Qatar industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, leveraging strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and generate business opportunities aligned with the company's goals and objectives, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on long-term success.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and quickly adjust strategies and approaches as needed.
