About the job:


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead with a strong focus on SEM and influencer marketing to drive our marketing efforts for our Unistore offering.


Unistore is an innovative SaaS platform designed for SME entrepreneurs, empowering them to easily launch, manage, and scale their e-commerce businesses. We focus on delivering a user-centric experience, offering comprehensive payment solutions and integrated marketing tools, with the goal of transforming digital commerce for small and medium-sized businesses across Latin America.


As Unistore’s first marketing hire, you will have transitioned from a hands-on role and be accustomed to collaborating closely with in-house digital marketing specialists and Unistore's executive leadership.


You should have experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing and a solid understanding of the micro-SME landscape in Latin America. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on implementation to help us reach our first-year goal of 5,000 users.


This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a growing e-commerce platform while working closely with the digital marketing team at Unistore's parent company, Unlimit.

What You’ll Do:
  • Influencer Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key influencers and thought leaders within our target markets to amplify our brand's reach and credibility.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Establish and oversee an affiliate marketing program, recruiting relevant partners and creating incentive structures that align with our growth objectives.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Devise and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy that incorporates influencer and affiliate marketing efforts, in alignment with Unistore's overarching business goals.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating influencer and affiliate efforts with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives to drive cohesive brand messaging and user acquisition.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and affiliates to co-create authentic, compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate campaigns, adapting strategies based on insights to optimize ROI.
  • Market Insights: Leverage knowledge of the Latam market landscapes to tailor influencer and affiliate strategies, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with local regulations.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, prioritizing expenditures in influencer and affiliate marketing to maximize impact and achieve user growth targets.


Required skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: At least 5-8 years in digital marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to influencer and affiliate marketing within the e-commerce or SaaS sectors.
  • Influencer Network: Established network of influencers and affiliates, or proven ability to build such networks in new markets.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Expertise in crafting and executing data-driven marketing strategies, with a keen ability to analyze campaign performance and pivot as needed.
  • Collaborative Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and internal teams to create synergistic marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Agile and resilient, with the capacity to thrive in a startup environment and respond dynamically to changing market conditions.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Creative flair for identifying and exploiting new marketing opportunities, particularly within influencer and affiliate channels.
  • Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market nuances in the EU and India, with experience in localizing marketing efforts to diverse audiences.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
