Overview

Our client, a major player in the entertainment sector, is looking for a Marketing professional in developing and implementing multichannel marketing plans to increase engagement both online and offline. Working closely with the core team, you'll support branding, partnership development, and campaign efforts internationally.

What You Will Do
  • Identify, manage and nurture relationships with digital partners and creators for promotional activities, events and content creation
  • Develop, communicate and execute marketing campaign ideas with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and execute paid media campaigns according to budget planning
  • Execute multi-channel social media engagement strategies with high quality and frequent postings
  • Implement data-driven campaigns and maintain mailing lists for consistent messaging
  • Monitor analytics on streaming platforms to optimise media consumption campaigns
  • Pitch to local partners for brand sponsorships and collaborations
  • Identify digital trends and align them with business objectives for innovative marketing solutions
  • Provide in-depth analysis of campaign success
  • Present and communicate results and business metrics to stakeholders


What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, multimedia, digital business or related field
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in entertainment, media, lifestyle companies or related businesses. Candidates with marketing agency background are welcomed
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube etc.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels
  • Adaptive to change and challenge ready
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills. Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese
  • Confident, disciplined, creative and motivated self-starter with a great passion for music, art and events
