Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description:
We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill various roles in our Cape Town office. While expertise in Web 3 technologies isn't mandatory, a keen interest and a hunger to learn are essential. If you are a finance professional looking to pivot into the tech world, this is the opportunity for you!
Other duties include:


  • Serve as a project manager for DAO & Foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects.

  • Assist clients in managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions.

  • Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping.

  • Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.

  • Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.


Education:


  • Completed BCom degree

  • Professional affiliation (CA(SA) / CIMA / AGA(SA))


Job Experience & Skills required:


  • Tech-savvy

  • Passion for cryptocurrency, AI, blockchain, VR
